First of all, this post will be a very long post with heaps of photos which I have been editing these overnight. I didn’t get into insert all photos that I have taken that night as its really too many. & I had deleted some of those that are blur or went out of focus too.

Anyway, I really wish you could bare with this long post. ^^

So yea, it was Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards 2009 held in S’pore. We departed from NN Office on 7am, and omgosh we reached S’pore on 2.30pm, then get to check in to Link Hotel on 5pm. Have 1hour time to get our self dolled up.

Was on a dilemma on what to wear, and after some discussion with the girls, and in the end I chose to a leopard print tube dress which I got from Forever21 some time ago that I have never wear before. I like that dress a lot, pretty much is because it’s super body hugging. It’s hard to find XS size in Forever21 cause Malaysian are basically very small size, so yea!

Make up make up. It has been awhile since I drew eyeliner and put on fake eye lashes because the family and the boyfriend didn’t like it, light make up will do, they said. I would say I have kinda heavy make up that night, not quite use to it though. Not just me, Adele too.

I had terrible red right eye that night. *sigh!

and my curled hair, I can do nothing much with it. & I chose to tied it up.

Got all ready, and just when I got out from the room. Some words from certain someone just dragged my mood to the lowest point on that particular time, just somehow. I didn’t know a compliment can have such mean return.

I wonder, it’s a grand event, but is it a MUST to wear a gown. If yes, forgive my ignorant as I had seen pretty much celebrities attending dinner and grand event with short, body hugging leopard print dresses. Alright, it’s enough, I guess I shan’t go any further with this topic.

I went back to my table, and sit still, when the night started off with a video of Nuffnang’s milestone and how it all began in the early 2007 at Penang. I like the part where Boss Tim & Boss Ming animation jumping and dancing on the screen. It’s so effing cute!

It then followed by a meaningful speech by the 2 co-founder.

Food is served half way through the show.
We then swapped our concentration to the food instead, it’s like, most of us have been starving for one whole day.

marinated smoked tuna with feta, Herbs salad, and balsamic olive oil.
To be honest, I prefer the cube cheese in it more than the smoke tuna itself.

so happy when the food is finally served! *slurppssss

yes, creamy soup is always my favorite. It’s yummy, and I have no idea why Adele didn’t like it.

& the last course meal was Rosemary Marinated Chicken Breast with Saffron Cheesy Mash Potato and Balsamic Reduction Mediterranean Vegetable in Mango Coriander Salsa Sauce. long name, I know.

but, i love this dish, especially the cheesy mash potato. *heaven!

I know everyone is waiting for my s’pore trip post. But, there’s something that I want to blog about before that. It’s a kidnap phone scam my family received this afternoon.

I was out, jogging with the boyfriend this morning and went for lunch after that. Half way through my lunch, my brother called and asked where I am in a desperate tone. Having my lunch, i replied. My mom then took over the phone call, and told me that they have received a kidnap phone scam, saying that I was kidnapped.

my mom said when she picked up the house phone, it began with “MY” voice in tears saying:” mom, please save me now! those people are beating me up…..”
Mom got really worried, then asked where am “I” and who are those people. “I” cried desperately and replied everything with I don’t know.

Mom got panicked as she thought the voice sounded very much like me, she hang up the call in a way as if the line got chopped off. & quickly she asked my brother and sister to call me and see whether they could reach me. Later on, realized it was just a phone scam.

the “ME” called again and asked for help, which immediately replaced by the voice of a man who claimed that he is the kidnapper. He scolded my mom for hanging his call, and asked whether my mom still wants “ME” to be alive.

My mom already knew it’s a scam, and she sort of the told the supposed kidnapper to just take me away.
Guess the so-called-kidnapper soon know that his plan failed, without wasting excess phone credit, he hang up the phone.

Though I am safe, but getting such phone calls sent chills up the spine of my mom.
& somehow, worsen her health situation.

what kind of bastardly society is this? I wish those poeple could just go to hell for doing this to my mom.
hell, this is a feeling that no one deserve to go through.

The plan failed this time, i wonder who is the next victim as I bet they will be starting to search for another number from the telephone directory.

Let’s just pray.
Dear Lord, please bless that my mom will be feeling better by now and everything will be just fine. Also, there will not be any next victim as those nasty human creatures will get their punishment soon enough. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

I had mentioned in my previous post that I had permed my hair.
& here it goes:

it was really dried ,fizzy and over volume at first.
dad said I look like a doll. mom likes it a lot too, but, I didn’t like it.
I have no idea on how should I manage it.

boyfriend then bought me:

- Loreal mousse to hold my curls.
- Kasa Hair Resurrectant which is super imba that could straightened and flattened my volume curled hair instantly.

I applied Kasa on my shampooed and 80% dried hair, follow by some twist an turn.
Then, use the mousse to hold the curl.

& this is what I got.

I like it. how bout you? ^^

p.s. – my hair is still terribly dried, what should I do?

A morning call from Her this morning, & I know it’s really time for me to update this post.
Also, this will probably be the last post of me in long straight hair, bahhhhh.

Last week, went up to Genting with another pair of love birds, kehui & Quanwei.

we went out on 6.30 in the morning, to avoid the jam.
mind you, it was on Tuesday.

traffic was alright, and the atmosphere in the car is pretty good too.
The boyfriendS clicked though it was the first time both of ‘em met! The journey were full of laughter.

Reached the cable car station in awhile, it was empty.

good for us, we didn’t need to queue up to get on the ride.

Quanwei tried so freaking hard to get his face into the frame. *laugh
I am trying hard too, to include the four of us.

reached up there on around 8a.m., and theme park doesn’t open that early.

& oh yes, I got addicted and wasted rm8 in this thing, some motor thingy.

Then you know there’s some unfair funfair thingy in there right?
I requested the boyfriend to win me a toy after I failed.

walk around for awhile, and on 9am SHARP.
we left to the outoor theme park.

I then forces all of them to join me for me a kiddie ride when they suggested space shots.

Then, I don’t know who suggested pirate train.
It looks like a haunted house, but, there’s NOTHING inside. *big sweat

I saw some kids came out with “what happened? that’s the end?” kind of face.

but, we went, still =.=

After that “fearful” ride we decided to go get some food.

you see, quanwei loves spoiling my picture perfect.

Again, there’s funfair stall beside these food stalls.
I played but got nothing, =( , while boyfriend won me another toy. teehee.

Someone suggested to go for some thrilling rides.
Ok, pirate ship then, that’s almost my limit already.

I did not shout throughout the ride, cause the only feelings I have got is weird.
yes, my stomach is feeling really weird when it goes up and down, just, somehow.
but, I sort of like the feeling, as if it’s the feeling i am seeking for during the ride. *weird

Bumper boat is next. We all had fun bumping into each other and get each other wet!

Continue by antique car…

baby, I want to grow old together with you.
It will be really sweet if we could walk around holding hands with our white white hair… *wander away

wanted to go for the Rolling Thunder Mine Train after that, but sadly it’s closed.

so we went for Sungai Rejang Flume Ride instead.

All of them want to go for corkscrew, except for me.
Had to follow the majority, so yea…. But, it was temporarily closed when we reached.

Ha, we then go for the Matahari. awesomeness!

有種乘上幸福摩天輪的感覺。

當摩天輪轉動，升至最高點時，這世界仿佛是屬于我們倆的。^^

Nightmare came right after we got down.

I was in a dilemma whether to or not to go on the ride.

Everyone insist to go on the ride.
In the end i sort of ran away and felt so left out cause even the boyfriend went for the ride, without me. *sad

I sulked, he apologize and tried to cheer me out by bringing me to those cheat funfair again.

& i won myself 2 lil bear. *smile *happy – okay, he had just cheered me up

Kehui and Quanwei then went for Space Shots.
I didn’t want to, so the boyfriend stayed to accompany me.

we went Tea Cup instead. I know right, what a kiddie ride.

After the other love birds got back, we left the theme park. & went indoor.

boyfriend ordered a bowl of hot dried scallop soup from some restaurant.

Then, we walked around.
We saw the same kind of soft toy is selling at some stall, 3 for rm20.

& we spent bout rm200 to get the 3 small toys. *felt as if I had just got cheated. =.=

boyfriend got me a mickey mouse candy before we left Genting.

I enjoyed myself a lot that day.

It’s really great that I could spend time with my loved one and close friend both at the same time.
I have been wanting this kind of outings so badly, and now my wish came real.

actually, kehui and I had such plan ever since during our secondary time.
chianwei too, but she always FFK us. so yea.

oh yea, Quanwei had just left to Germany again, and will not be coming back that soon.
Kehui is very depressed, I don’t know how should I comfort her.

I couldn’t just say that it doesn’t matter, he will be back, still.

just like what ringo said, “Because every inch and mm of whatever you think doesn’t matter does matter.”
which I think it’s pretty true.

So girl, just have faith in him. He has been in Germany for a year, he got back then, and you both still the lovey dovey couple. You two had gone through so much, the strong bond wouldn’t break off just like this. Just 2 more years, and there will not be such separation anymore. time flies, it will be ending, soon.

& you still have us. *hugs. ♥

first and foremost, i had permed my hair. ^^like it or not, i have already did it, the family and the boyfriend like it pretty much, and I am really glad. I shall blog bout this later as I shall first update a post that I have been dragging for like forever.

went for my Foundation classmates family reunion the other day.

Before i get further, allow me to express my utter disgust towards this certain somebody that has been absent during the gathering. I am glad that she’s absent, actually.  She’s my roommate, before this, I always thought that she is nothing else than an innocent young girl. She has been so sweet, that she has always concern about me, whether I have taken my dinner and things like that.  Also, I am frequently told by her how awesome I am, and how nicely she portrayed me in front of her dear friends. I have to admit that she did pissed me off at times, but hey, she is sweet and lovely and I thought she is just a lil more playful. & on the foundation classmates reunion day itself, I suddenly found out that she is such a terrible backstabber. I got stunt. How could someone who is so innocent turns out being the most terrified backstabber. I was then told that I should I have realize this a year ago, on the first time she back-stabbed me. I couldn’t express enough, as words just couldn’t express my disgust and disappointment. &, I have to tell YOU that you have been such a sad back-stabber, as you words came to me through your our common friends.

Alright, now back to my initial topic. Midvalley, was chosen to be the place for our reunion. We were there also to celebrate the belated birthday of Maggie, our beloved mom, and also, Chan Vingent’s.

Went to Sushi King for Sushi Bonanza.

Full housed. and we were sitted at the last sit which basically the spot where the “left over” choices of sushi came to us.

But thanks to Fanny, we had got all the awesome sushi that they serve less during the sushi bonanza.

Midvalley’s Sushi King serves better rice based sushi than the others outlets.
Don’t believe me? You should go try out those at Summit USJ during the sushi bonanza.

I didn’t eat much this time. Either it’s because the boyfriend had fed me with too much good food, or, I have been so obsessed with my camera. Maggie said it’s because of my camera, because of me, the lunch had became a photo session. *laugh.

Among us, there’s a tough guy name Vingent that dislikes sushi so freaking much.
Oh, to be exact, he hates seaweed, CHEESE too. *smack forehead

Spent much time on gossips and teases which this bunch of people. It was a worried-free conversation.

Then, we move our ass to the Redbox @ The Gardens.

threw a surprise birthday celebration for the two.

And believe it or not, this is the first time I actually step into a karaoke.
Also as expected, I spent most of my time taking photos.

I kept running towards and forward from the screen area adjusting my tripod
and at the same time blocking others view. till they gave him this face:

I used to hate fringe a lot when I am back in form2.
I told myself i will NEVER want fringe…

but, ha, the NEVER comes to an end around form 5 when I started to cut my “front hair” slightly shorter.
It got even shorter later on.. but, it’s all just awhile. I later on decided stick to my long fringe.

& even till last year, I am still pretty much in love with my sexy one-eye-covered long fringe.

till my friends started to tell me how boring my fringe is, I decided to chop off a lil of my fringe MYSELF.
cause having a hair cut in a saloon even if it’s just to trim a lil of your fringe costs a bomb.

it still looks okay, isn’t it? *this was the last time I cut my fringe MYSELF.

& this afternoon, out of boredom while waiting for the boyfriend,
I went to chop off my LONG fringe again…

& this time, i failed badly… i have got a staircase look-a-like fringe. *smack forehead.

couldn’t do anything anymore, i don’t know what should I do.
I ended up cutting it following the shortest length of my fringe, and TADAH… here it goes…

so not me… ugh… =s

Mom was the first one who saw it, she gave me the WTH face, and said it looks really weird.
Dad heard our conversation, came over to have a look, he then laugh and said I look like some cartoon.

Then, when boyfriend picked me up, he got shocked…
he said… it’s “cute” cause I look like some small kids in the Japanese Anime.
When the Girl’s Generation Gee song played, he said, “oh yea, you look like some korean instead.” =.=

Night, when we picked my sisters, cousins and friends from work.
they gave me the “are you okay” look, and later on said it’s still okay as I look like some japan mui.

*big sweat

I thought I look seafood-ish. and so I took photo with the seafood-ish pose in boyfriend’s car.
to an extent that boyfriend asked me to stop cause he couldn’t stand it any longer. *laugh

p.s. – ignore my eye bags + dark circle. haven’t sleep well for days.

oh great, i seriously miss my LONG fringe now. *sigh.
