Dear all, I really want all of you to read this.

My mom was driving us back after fetching my brother to Setapak. We were on the highway, mummy was driving at the middle lane, and there’s another car driving at the fast lane. &, “ZUUUPPPPP”, a driver dangerously overtook us, overtaking us using the narrow space between the middle lane and the fast lane. I was like…whadafark, totally speechless.

This make me thought of the accident that happened in Kampar. I was fetching Minyee back after class, and there’s this stupid driver in a white proton saga dangerously and illegally overtook me, I bet he’s driving with the speed of at least 80km/h, and mind you, it’s a small narrow road with many cars. On that second, I was thinking, “must be pure lucky that there isn’t a crash.”

Fetched Minyee back home, and when I turned out to the main road. I saw a crashed! It was the same white proton saga banging into some motorcyclist! Karma, it has to be Karma, I thought.

But days after that, I found out that the motorcyclist that was so unlucky is actually my classmate!!! He was badly injured after the crashed, as in, partially of his face were torn off. The girlfriend says, he lost too much flesh on his face, causing insufficient flesh on face, maybe the flesh from his thigh or elsewhere might be transfer to the face. Nevertheless, many stitches were done on that face. The girlfriend also said, he is suffering the worst pain in his life during the daily cleaning session. It is really lucky, that his girlfriend isn’t following him that day; otherwise, he might not be able to see the girlfriend anymore. Ah, thanks God.

The worst thing I got to know is that, the driver is an UNDERAGE kid! He doesn’t have a license! Ugh, I guess this is dangerous style of driving and the fact that driving without owning a license must be one of the main contributors to the many accidents in our country!

& then, I start questioning myself “what my role is in promoting road safety and saving lives”.

There’s a chance now, for all of us, students of all universities, colleges and institutions of higher learning in Malaysia play our part in MUFORS (Malaysian Unite for Road Safety) by speaking out and capturing through our short films attitudes on Malaysian roads (positive or negative) that will contribute to a higher level of realization that road safety is in our hands, each and every person who uses the roads in Malaysia, and that road safety or the lack of it all boils down to ATTITUDE of individuals.

I strongly encourage all my dearest readers and friends from all universities, colleges and institutions of higher learning in Malaysia to join“MUFORS Road Reels” is a short film competition with the theme “Attitudes on Roads – A Malaysian Journey”.

Apart from playing a part in this movement, there are also fantastic cash prizes to be won both by the students and their institution of higher learning. The winner of each category stands to win RM10,000 in cash, first runner up will win RM8,000 in cash, and last but not least RM5,000 in cash for the second runner up while the university or college he/she is studying in will get RM3,000, RM2,000 and RM1,000 respectively. This is no doubt a golden opportunity for all.

Closing date is on 30 October 2010.

最近發生了很多事，結合所有狀況后想想，我，好像真的體會到何為“人生如戲”，但也因此明白了即使人生中有許許多多的不如意，我們也不能輕言放棄，反而應該加把勁拼到底。剛好，林俊傑最近有首新歌，叫《加油》。這首歌就像它的名字一樣，是一首能為身邊的家人朋友，甚至是自己加油打氣的歌。人的命運是由自己掌握的，遇到不如意的事，難免會有不悅的情緒，也應此我們更應該加油把不如意的，都變成稱心如意。即使像歌詞所寫的那樣，“昨晚剛升職，今天被炒”，不知道是不是老天在跟咱們開玩笑，總之就是不該應此就放棄就對了。

人生中，有多少波浪，而我們總不能遇到挫折就說放棄，不是嗎？感覺挫敗的時候，不妨聽聽這首歌 (而《加油》的MV也是非常的出色，讓人看了心中有種甜蜜的溫暖。)。聽完了，記得別忘了向身邊的人，還有自己，說聲“加油”。自己，是真的很喜歡這首歌， 也許，是因為有點感同身受吧！ 然后，開始聽林俊杰的其他佳作；再然后，我，喜歡上JJ林俊杰了！嘻～

I want to watch Inception, Chloe, Despicable Me…
but have got no free time to go for movies at cinema these days. T.T

Baby then tried to fulfill my craving, buying me Blu-ray movies since Dell Studio 14 and Dell studio 15 that have monstrous storage capacity is equipped with home entertainment systems with built in blu-ray drive for best movie and entertainment experience.

It’s seriously crystal clear! But I am too fussy, it doesn’t satisfy me still.
I demand for a bigger screen!

He then told me that I can actually plug the notebook to a LCD tv using HDMI port, to enjoy blueray quality on the BIG BIG screen! Woots, why never I know this earlier?!

I wouldn’t need to waste so much money at the cinema if I know this earlier. Heh!

Beware. This is a total girly post.

Periods.
One of thing that I fear most.

Can I not have periods? But come think of it all over again, if it doesn’t come.. it simply means I am pregnant, okay, or maybe menopause. I didn’t want to get pregnant now; neither have I wished to be menopause. Ugh.

I had always defined Periods as the most devastating moments of the month. Pain had never paid me mercy, leaving me in such terrible misery. I was told that when one is overweight, the pain will be worst. But now that I had lost much weight, the pain doesn’t seem to go away. I would say I couldn’t live without the 500mg Ponstan during that period of time. I know right, pain killer is never a good solution. But, I am yet to find the best solution. So yea, I now depend on the pain killer so much that I would black out if I stubbornly try to withstand the unbearable pain.

If you think that’s icky, nah, that’s not the worst, yet.

I don’t know about the others, but for me the bleeding that comes with periods can be quite heavy, causing my pad to be constantly damp ( I hate that soaky feeling, ugh! ) . & I used to experience intense shame and embarrassment when there’s period stains on my pants or skirt. Also, when menstrual blood mixed with the discharged, it produces an awful fishy odour. *ohmaigosh, blush 99* yeay weih, don’t tell me you people had never experienced this.

There’s once, when I need to attend an event which its dress code is WHITE, I am actually having periods. I use the maxi length pad already, but the pad still got damp after a short while. I pray so hard, hoping that it wouldn’t leak because I am wearing a beautiful white dress. But mehhhhhh…. It leaked, and there goes a stain on my white white dress. I was sitting on my bed that time, so yea, my pink bed sheet too got stained. FML max. There goes my dainty white dress, so I have to change to another white dress that I didn’t like that much. My mood was spoiled; i am not looking forward for the event anymore.

Things like this happened not just once, it had happened many many times. There’s also times when I got out without knowing my dress/pants/skirts was stained. Realized only when my friend told me about it. Paiseh max, I tell you. Imagine if you are going on your first date with your dream guy, he spotted the stained and tell you about it. **close face

Good thing is I no longer experience these shame and embarrassment when mom suggested me to use Whisper. Whisper really does amazed me as it gives me a fresh & dry feeling throughout my periods, probably because Whisper has a fresh absorbent core that that absorbs more in the middle, and gives more protection on the sides to prevent leakage and wetness which keeps me feeling fresh all day long even when I experience a sudden gush when I stand up.

Whisper made me feel so fresh to an extent that, I don’t even feel like I am having period. (exclude the pain). Whisper had successful eliminated the two main obstacles that stop me from feeling fresh and dry all day long. Firstly, it is because so far after I use Whisper I had not get my pants/skirts stained, yet (crossed finger). Also, with it really good absorbent it had successfully eliminate the fishy odour. At least, others wouldn’t smell it already as long as I have my pants on. Secondly, is that this ultra blood sucker has an Ultra thin series which is so thin; I don’t even feel that I am wearing a pad. No pad equals to no period, make sense?

Nop, I am not exaggerating. It is really that good. I didn’t know choosing a right pad can made your period days so much easier. “You will never know until you try it”, that’s what my mom told me.

Also, the other tips to keep your vagina feeling fresh and odour-free is to not wash with soup as it is not the appropriate way because it contains alkaline in nature & it will affect the pH balance down south which will make things worse. The smell will be even worse! You shall use either clean water, or, intimate hygiene wash. I am using the one from Elkern with floral fragrance, smells real good.

Let’s stay fresh and free together from now onwards!

I have a 1 Malaysia story to tell.

It happened on the day when I was working on the video with the theme of 1 Malaysia. I started ringing up my high school’s long lost Malay friends, Indian friends, etc desperately, hoping that they could help me with the video. But, none of them is free, because, it was Fathers’ Day.

Daddy then suggested me to have a break, then, he brought us for Rojak at this famous stall in SS15. The queue was crazily long.

Wait….

There’s Malay, Chinese, Indian… queuing up for it.
Also, Rojak, is made up of so many ingredients symbolizing the diversity of our country.

I was inspired, there and then.
I went up two to complete strangers of different races and asked whether they could help me out.

They agreed without much hesitation.

& then, I made this 1 Malaysia video.
I had truly experienced 1 Malaysia, & realize that it really does exist in our life!

Moved to South Lake last month. Yes, I no longer stay at Westlake. I Never like Westlake because the room is small and stuffy yet expensive. Also, most of my housemates are males, I basically have no one to talk to or gossip with as they were gaming most of the time. Ugh.

My new house is simply awesome, and spacious. However, the best thing is that my new housemates are all real darlings, they are just too lovely! We have no internet connection here YET, so we basically spend our time gossiping over every single thing, flipping through ViVi mag over and over again and not get bored, mix matching our clothes, epilating and make up, exploring new menus for dinner, etc. In brief, we spent totally girly moment together. I always think I have the coolest housemates.

Till the other day, our agent told us that we will be having new housemate, & he will be moving in on the next day. Yes, it’s a HE, we then started to think how would our new housemate look like, will he look like KAKA…?

The next morning, we rushed down when we heard the sound of gate opened.
&, we almost dropped our jaws.

No, our new housemate looks nothing like KAKA. But, a typically nerdy Ah beng!!!
*eyes popped out*

that’s him saying hello with the geekiest smile ever.

We talked to him, and found out that his name is KK, he’s not exactly a geek.

He is smart; he helped us much in our studies and assignments along way.
However, we realize that he has got zero confidence even though he has the brain of a genius.

Another thing is that, people were laughing at him everytime we tagged him along for dinner outside. Later on, he doesn’t want to follow us to dinner anymore. He became more and more socially awkward, he doesn’t like to talk much, all he does is show his geekiest smile ever to tell us that he’s fine.

Oh, did I mention he has got heaps of those full frame huge spectacles, also 28136187236182318 of those black and yellow bees looking stripes top? We girls always wonder why he needs so much of these. Not in a mean way, in a curious way,

& there’s this day, KK went out without locking his door.

Also, out of our kepo-ness, we went in to explore his room. Found this compartment where he place all his geeky specs. Grac e couldn’t resist her curiousity, she took one and wore it on.

& we found out that all those spectacles, are GLASS-LESS. Oh maiiiiii.
he uses it as an accesorry, but it doesn’t suit him at all.

Then, we saw his calendar on his writing table.
24th June is his birthday!!!

We girls then all agreed to help him to change his style on his 21st birthday this year!
Bought a Polo-T that we believe will looks good on him.

We want to surprise him!

Knocked on his door, he opened, and gave us his usual “huh, what’s happening’s” look.|

He is so excited plus touched when I passed the present to him!

He told us he never had friends that know and remember his birthday.
&, we saw tears half hanging on his eyes. Awwwww.

We asked him to change and let us have a look.

He did it very quickly.

Hmmm, he look slightly better.
but still, not okay yet.

Still lacking of something……

Brainstormssssssssssssss…..

Oh yea, I KNOW, HE LACK OF AXE deodorant body spray!!!

I quickly rushed to the Hypermarket nearby, and got KK a can of AXE deodorant body spray which is very popular overseas but only launched in Malaysia now.

It’s both a deodorant and a, cologne. Double kill, woots!!

& miracles, happened after that spray.

KK spent a few seconds to style his hair, without the mirror. Yes!
& then took of his geeky specs.

& gosh, he looks hell more charming now!
we girls were amazed that KK actually looks this great. *drooollllssss

KK looked at the mirror, and we can tell that he is very happy with his current look.
& we can now see the confidence in him.

People always say that confidence can made one look and feel great. & now, KK just proved it.

We then suggested going out to celebrate KK’s birthday.
Now, there’s no more bad words bout KK, but so many girls that were eyeing on KK when we passed by. Heh! Somehow, we girls feel satisfied with ourselves.

After dinner, we thought of buying a cake for KK but all pastry shops were already closed. We then replaced it with a small muffin from 7-11. KK was happy enough with it; he said sincerity is all that matters.

Talked a lot to the transformed KK that night (he finally likes talking, again?) heh, and incidentally found out that he is actually a humorous guy. He made me laughed so much on that night.

Then, we saw a hot chic walked towards us. We thought she’s our friends or whatsoever,
but… no… we don’t know her.

She walked closer and closer to KK, and whispered to his ear.

I was… ern.. shocked?

I was even amazed when the girls leave her number for KK. HELLO! KK is no longer a geeky nerds , he now attracts hot chics. Woots!!!!

KK was really happy, he told me he never had girls approached him before this. He thanked me and the girls for making effort to change his style on his big day which make it a really special day!

I then told him that, AXE deodorant body spray is probably the most important thing throughout the whole process. By smelling great, it boosts one’s confidence to make the very important first move, ie getting a girls’ number.
