i was so freaking busy with my uni assignment, i mean, i am still very busy with it.
but i feel very bad for not blogging bout my beloved super PAPA’s birthday! and so, I am here today. heh!

PAPA turns 50.

lil sister then helped me by going over to tickle him, and there goes a great smile!

PAPA isn’t good in expressing his love for us.

another birthday post. ♥

i am truly blessed, to have so many celebrations.
had a simple yet warm celebration with the beloved family.

oh, & i have got 2 cakes this year.
brother together with his girlfriend bought me Secret Recipe’s oreo cheese cake.

then, daddy bought me a homemade durian cake with durian flesh in it. *slurrrppps.
he knows exactly what I love most.

i have been craving for durian so badly and now, it’s like wish come true.
so yea, durian crave fulfilled & had a very happy birthday. not to mention, it’s crazily yummy! ♥

baby hershey emo jor, cause she cannot eat. Heh!

After that, mummy suggested to go to Milwaukee Steak House for dinner.
Other than steak, they also sell pasta, seafood, burgers, desserts and others.

I ordered some sort of cheese grilled fish with rice.

while waiting for the food to be served, we camwhored.

to make things worst, the foods are real disappointing.

basically, nothing was good.

i have heard so many good sayings bout this steak house, and I really don’t understand how can it turned out to be so bad.

it’s ok.

at least, I had some good time with the beloved family while waiting for the food to be served. it’s memories that matters afterall, no?

birthsary.

because our 13th month anniversary is just few days after my birthday. so both were celebrated together.

first, had dinner together with baby and his family. They were all very nice people, and had treated me really really well all this while.  & i truly appreciate it! ♥ i must say that i didn’t feel a single awkwardness or whatsoever dining with them.

here is a photo with baby, baby’s mom, auntie, and also his very cheerful grandmother.

we had chinese cuisine that night.
the food was pretty good.

The next day.

baby say we’re going for brunch. That surprise me a lil, cause we usually missed our breakfast and sometimes, lunch too. but well, still, i woke up early, and dolled up a little.

ohmaigawd.

i love my real (yes, they’re real) bottom lashes so freaking much! ♥
please don’t hate me for this. heh!

baby kept asking whether I know where is he bringing me for lunch, but,  he left me clueless by not telling me whether i am or wrong after i answered. grrrrrrhhhhhhh.

till, we finally reached our destination, KL Tower.

i was like, ” oh, the revolving restaurant uh?”
i wasn’t that blur afterall.

then, i continue..
” where got people come here during day time one…” & ooopppsss.

yeay, i somehow spoil the surprise he trying to gave me.

” i am sorry, it’s fully booked at night.” he gave me the sad innocent face.
& make me felt terribly guilty.

we then went to the reception counter.
” for 5 people?” the receptionist checked the booked list.

baby turned over and told me that his friends is joining us later on.

so yea, this is us, in lift.

It’s both western and malay buffet lunch.

Food was just ern.. so so…. Okay, i really shouldn’t complain more. It’s baby’s effort to wake up so early, plan things and take me out to celebrate with me. lovessss. ♥

At least, the cheesy fillet was good.

It’s just the both of us. His friends doesn’t seems to appear. I can see that he started to seem a lil impatient. after bout 1 hours, he said, he need to go to the washroom.

& then, he came back with a bouquet of roses. ♥
okayyyyyyyy, that really does surprise me!

till they were like asking me why I have got zero reaction.
Hell, the truth is i was simply over surprised, and didn’t know how to react. GOSH!

these girls have been telling that they wouldn’t be free on my birthday since last week. Shinyee told me that she has got exam this week, I even bbm-ed her and asked her how’s her exam when I am on my way to KL. OHMAIGAWD! i have been completely fooled by them (including the boyfriend, I really don’t know how long has he been planning these).

The highlight of the day…

it’s when the the pianist started to play the birthday song while waiter walk towards me with a birthday cake, and when they started to sing me the birthday song. i was super shy because everyone from other table started to turn around and started to sing along, but, actually, i am also freaking happy deep inside.

We then went to Starbucks, and had some hot drinks.

it was 3 days before my actual birthday..

I was doing some sort of fashion photoshoot with my housemate, Grace for our blogshop. half way through, my other housemates, Lichi and Aiyen asked Grace to go downstairs to have a look at the vege they just bought. I didn’t follow very much because I was too busy looking back at those photos see whether there’s any bad angled photos, till…

the girls came up with a birthday cake. (it’s a very yummy blueberry cheese cake. heh!)

i looked at them, & i stoned. I know right, wtf. just, I didn’t expect that from them.
it’s hard to explain how a lil surprise from them can surprised me so so much. xD xD xD

&, how can I not be happy when it’s like what, my very first birthday cake in Kampar after being here for more than a year? *bigwidesmile*

Joyi suggested to go Ipoh for dessert. & so, Ashley, Melanie, Minyee & me tagged along.
along way, we had madly yummy honeyed chicken, then, we had noodles.

it’s 1.07a.m. now, it’s Monday again. **sighhhhhhhh
it’s another brand new week, and there’s 2 presentations to be done this week. oh gosh!

on a happier note, i was invited to the “STARSTRUCK”, the 104th scouts annual camp fire night last Saturday night. i just got back from kampar that day, & realize that i had left my bag of clothes and make up pouch at Kampar. FML max. digged out the best among all my very limited clothes from the luggage, and went stealing Adele’s make up pouch. heh!

i know right same clothes with the one I wore in my previous advert. but, no choice. so yea.

after that, i digged out a pair of glass-less full framed specs from my bag.
& that completed my look for that night. ♥

Reached there (my secondary school) by 7pm, and started to feel the generation gap. crapsss.

It started off by 8pm with the handphone act, in layman’s terms, the opening act.
“lolling… lolling..”

Followed by the traditional fire performance.
there’s female performers this year, making it even HAWTer.

Then it’s the introduction of EMCEES, they have got pretty good emcees this year.
JJ and Ean Justin.

A scene where they got chased after by the reporters and fans.

drama sketch starts.

i am truly impressed.
they speak excellent English, and acted very well.

drama queen and king.

organizing committee.
they definitely deserve rounds of applause.

no doubt, they have done a great job.

then, it’s noms time!

pay rm20 and you get these scrumptious food with interesting performances. Why not?
my juniors are real sweethearts, they were like our waitresses that night, fulfilling all our needs. *awwwww

the rendang chicken is finger licking good! slurrrpppsss.

my long lost friends, exclude kehui cause i have been seeing her quite often lately.

jiayi went M.I.A, and so Clement took over her place.
& then, we melted, due to the excessive heat from the camp fire.

ok, i was just bullshitting.

my lil sister is again the main reason of me being there.

After the refreshment break, it’s drama time.

That’s the one line that one remember till now throughout the whole sketch. heh!

there’s this boy that I found quite cute. but, too young for me. lol.

Dances is always one of the last performances in camp fire nights all these years.
The camp fire night until today it’s still story based & portrayed through performances.

we decided that we shall not join them at the dance floor.
too old for that, heh!

** we can just ACT that we had heaps of fun at the dance floor.
& i guess we really look as if we did enjoyed ourselves pretty much at the dance floor eh? *bigwidesmile

This has somehow become an annual meet up session thingy for us, still, we thanks God for this awesome chance. It’s never easy to gather friends that are all studying overseas now, you see?
