Bangkok day 3, part 1.
(I am missing bangkok now, I guess I really need a short getaway now… (╯︵╰,))

Anyway, back to bangkok.
I woke up pretty early for the hotel breakfast for all the 4 days in Bangkok (b’cuz it ends on 1030am), it’s really not bad looking at the price we paid.

coleslaw, sausages & fried rice.

First stop of the day:

Chatuchak Weekend Market – The world largest weekend market.
(a must visit in Bangkok)

How to get there:
Take the Sky Train (BTS) to the Mo Chit station which is the last station on the line. When you arrive at the station, the market is on the right hand side of the street.

The market is only open at the weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 7am until late.

They call this the shop-till-you-drop place after Platinium Mall.❤

We then limit our self a 2 hours time to shop (which is definitely insufficient), because i was stuck in Platinium mall for 5 hours the days before. Lol.(/ω＼)

This is the first stall we stepped foot in, they sell good quality & fine tourist tee, with a really reasonable price (you got to negotiate for it).

Mom was so attracted to it, and spent 30mins in that particular one stall.
By all means, she bought at least 10 pieces of tee.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sister & I decided to explore further while mom was busy choosing in that shop.

We stopped by a bar & restaurant next to the stall, name VIVA.
Beer, is the best in such a scorching hot weather.

Definitely a place to rest your feet after walking miles. Loving the homely and cozy ambiance there. Decorated with wooden chairs, tables, & a huge mirror.

Also, I heard, the cocktails here are splendid.
however, coke for the underage, haha. (ɔˆ ³(ˆ⌣ˆc)

Daddy with the chef.
Daddy was like.. eh, take photo take photo. ╮(＾▽＾)╭ (& i inherited that completely)

They sell almost everything here, you name it & they will have it.
Definitely heaven to shop for souvenirs.

women ruined my life? (̿▀̿ ̿Ĺ̯̿̿▀̿ ̿)̄
hmm, not so.

Everything here is so pretty. I really wish to bring everything back.
In less than an hour, we already bought 5 bags, and countless of clothes. ٩(^ᴗ^)۶

yes, everything here is so cute.
oh, please remember to bargain. They can go as low as 70% off the price if you are lucky.

These are also things you will be able to get in the market.
“unique” souvenirs. yes, it’s ashtray.

One thing about the market, the heat is unbearable.
stocked up your liquid beforehand or get some ice to cool yourself down.

This auntie is so cute, she even smile to the camera when she know i am taking photo of her.

besides shopping, chatuchak is a also a food heaven where you find all sorts of mouth watering street food.

my favorite, coconut ice cream. (20 baht) (´▽`ʃƪ)♡
serve along with an actual half coconut, topped with peanuts, and some evaporated milk in a coconut husk.
