3 Steps to Naturally Beautiful Skin

Besides allowing us to look good, keeping our skin healthy is super important as our skin acts as a barrier from infections and helps with our body’s temperature. With that, here are some great tips brought to you by yours truly to maintaining great skin health!

  1. Getting enough sleep

    There’s a reason why they call it beauty sleep! Lack of sleep brings out not just the worst of your emotions but also the worst in your body! Existing skin conditions will worsen when you don’t get enough shut eye which leads to increased skin sensitivity and worse, more pimples! Not just that, sleep lets your body rebalance its hydration. Less sleep means poor water balance which results in dryness, puffy eyes, dark eye circles and wrinkles! So remember to get enough sleep and if you need to, take your beauty sleep!

  2. Sweat it out!

    Exercising does wonders for your body, inside and out! Working out increases your heart rate and blood flow which gives you that healthy glow! The glow will stay with you when you exercise regularly and not just that, stress attacks the emotional and even the physical aspects of your body which punches a lot of harm to you and your body. Exercising is one of the most helpful ways to relieve stress and lastly, releases toxins from your body. Sweating it out will help your body release dirt and built up oil on your skin. So remember to cleanse your skin after a workout!

  3. Use soap free cleanser
